Pharmacy Network News was developed as a news service for all the pharmacy community and healthcare.

The app at the top was developed as we wanted the portable devices users' experience to improve from the one they currently have on the existing websites.
As the main designer in the project, some of my collaborations included a market research start on the competing apps, we researched the needs of our market and users through existing knowledge on our platforms and interviews, then started with layout design, prototyping, testing and final designs (Adobe Xd). 

Optimised functionalities comparing with the web-platform include, improved login section for different types of membership and commenting section that links to the magazines' learning platforms. This helps users work towards their continuous training programmes and not only be aware of what's new but also improve their knowledge on desired fields. The overall objective was to create a seamless experience across platforms and improve usability.

As this was the beginning of the project, the key results of usability and connection to main platforms were not hard to achieve and from then on we created a scalable iterative process to carry on the growth of the app in the upcoming years.
